Tuberculosis is still a serious public health problem threatening human health worldwide. Therefore, the development of safe and strong bactericidal activity treatment strategy is the main way to shorten the treatment time, improve patient compliance and treatment success rate.

Correct treatment of adverse events is of great significance to improve patient compliance and treatment success rate. The adverse reactions of drug-resistant tuberculosis treatment involve multiple systems, among which QT interval prolongation has the risk of causing fatal arrhythmia, which needs to be focused on in the management of clinical adverse events.
